Notable Sales:

This is one of the properties that closed during the third quarter that was especially notable:

  1. 18 Church Street: Circa 1840 – I represented the new owners of this amazing “Charleston Single” on sought after lower Church Street. The main house consisted of just over 5,600 square feet and the guest house/garage was 1,300 square feet. The new owners are already under construction which should be another amazing renovation.
