Summer is in full swing here in Charleston! If you need a break from the beach or boat, here are some fun evening events taking place in the Lowcounrty this month:
- Friday Night Boogie Series (July 13): Dust off those dancing shoes and head to the Mt. Pleasant Pier for an evening of grooving under the stars. The event takes place from 7-11pm with oldies and beach music classics. (Image from CCPRC)
- Reggae Nights (July 20): Hosted by Charleston County Parks, this popular summertime music series is back on July 20th. The outdoor concert takes place at James Island County Park, with music beginning at 8:30pm and food and drink available to purchase. (Image from CCPRC)
- Rum Dinner at Circa 1886 (July 26): What’s better than good food? Good food and rum! On July 26th, Circa 1886 will take diners on a rum journey to experience the “influences on cuisine brought from the West Indies and Caribbean” with a reception on the patio and a four course dinner.
