- MOJA Arts Festival (September 28-October 8): Now in its 34th year, the MOJA Festival has become a highly anticipated Charleston event which celebrates African-American and Caribbean Arts. - Blues & BBQ Harbor Cruise (October 5, 12, 19 & 26): There’s no better way to see Charleston than by water and this series of Thursday night cruises aboard the Carolina Queen is your perfect opportunity.
