- Let it Snow (Daily November 28th-December 31st): Experience the “snow” down at The Charleston Place on Meeting Street. From now until New Year’s Eve, family and friends can make reservations to witness this rare occurrence of a magical winter wonderland. On select dates, there will be carolers from the Charleston Caroling Company and sweets for guests to enjoy. The snow is scheduled to fall at 6 pm and 8 pm, at the entrance to Market Street Circle so you won’t want to miss it!
2. Holiday Festival of Lights (Daily November 11th-December 31st): With over two million lights, step into the holiday season and explore the grounds at Santa’s Village and Winter Wonderland at James Island County Park. From 5:30-10:00 pm, this festive tradition can be shared with family and friends of all ages. Treats and gifts are available for purchase in a variety of shops! Tickets can be purchased on Charleston’s County Park website until December 31st.
3. Charleston Holiday Market (Saturday & Sundays, December 4-19th): Located in Marion Square, the Charleston Holiday Market has vendors that offer local produce, food, art, crafts, and additional holiday products. It is the best opportunity to witness live music, partake in kid-friendly activities and more. The market is the perfect place to purchase gifts for the holiday season!
