The Cassina Group, a Charleston real estate company, was recognized as one of the top performing companies in the state of South Carolina. The company was awarded at SC Biz News’ annual Roaring Twenties event held Thursday in Columbia, SC.
“We are flattered to have been included in this exclusive list of top-performing companies,” said Jimmy Dye, co-founder of The Cassina Group. “Our company has grown every year since its founding, and we are excited to continue this positive trajectory.”
The Cassina Group was founded by Jimmy Dye and Robertson Allen in 2006 and has since grown to a company of sixteen general brokerage agents and four buyer’s agents. Company sales for the year have already exceeded those of 2012 with 315 transactions closed for a total sales volume of over $129 million. They have two offices in the Charleston area including one in Mount Pleasant and one in downtown Charleston.

The annual Roaring Twenties event distinguishes the states’ best performing companies. Rankings are compiled by SC Biz News and are based on both dollar and percentage increases in revenue over the past three years. The Cassina Group placed eleventh in the list of top twenty small companies in the state.
