South Mount Pleasant
South Mount Pleasant continued to see healthy sales activity in July, with closed sales and home values increasing year over year. While new listings declined slightly, buyer demand remained active, even as homes took longer to sell.
- Median sales price increased 15.5% to $1,450,000.
- Average sales price rose 4.6% to $1,619,919.
- New listings decreased 6.8%, with 69 homes coming to market.
- Closed sales increased 19.6%, while homes averaged 35 days on market.
North Mount Pleasant
Upper Mount Pleasant saw steady sales activity in July, with closed sales holding level year over year and average sales price remaining relatively stable. Fewer new listings came to market, while homes took longer to sell compared to last July.
- Median sales price decreased 4.7% to $1,055,000.
- Average sales price rose 0.9% to $1,197,178.
- New listings decreased 7.7%, with 96 homes coming to market.

Isle of Palms

West Ashley saw positive momentum in July, with home prices, new listings and closed sales all increasing year over year. Buyers had more homes to choose from, while properties also moved slightly faster than they did last July.

- New listings increased 13.9%, with 131 homes coming to market.
