Market Report | January 2023

The housing data for January 2023 is in, with a few interesting trends to watch. Overall, the number of single-family detached homes sold in January 2023 is down from January 2022. Median sales prices are up significantly, though, over that same time period.

A report is included below which details trends for a few areas of Charleston, including downtown, Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, James Island, and West Ashley.
