This season, The Cassina Group had two listings featured on Southern Charm, a Bravo reality show that highlights the lives of seven Charleston residents.
Shep and Whitney’s beach house on Sullivan’s Island (which is now under contract) is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home right on the beach. Each bedroom has ocean views, and there are porches off of each level – a beautiful home with great access to the beach. We witnessed a housewarming party in the house during episode three of this season!
Landon hosted a pop-up shop in our home on 27 Lamboll in the final episode of season 2. This stunning, historic home in downtown Charleston has five bedrooms, five baths, and three half-baths, and so much more. In the garden, there are rows and rows of rose beds and hedges that can be enjoyed in the courtyard or from one of the many overlooking porches. The home exudes historical charm as it was built in the 1850s and was actually host to the first ball after the end of the Civil War.
