- Old Village Home, Garden & Art Tour: Located in Mount Pleasant, the Old Village is one of the town’s most iconic neighborhoods. In the annual Old Village Home Tour, private homes and gardens are open for a one-day tour benefitting the American Red Cross. The event will take place on Sunday, May 1st from 12-5pm.

- Art Walk: A popular event for art enthusiasts and casual collectors alike is the Charleston Art Walk. On Friday, May 6th, over 40 galleries will extend their hours from 5-8pm so you can explore works from many of Charleston’s famed artists. It is presented on behalf of the Charleston Gallery Association.

- Palmetto Brewgrass Festival: If you like craft beer and bluegrass, Palmetto Brewing’s Brewgrass Festival is sure to be an event you don’t want to miss. Held at the brewery’s downtown location, this two-day festival on May 7th and 8th features over 14 musical acts along with tasty libations from the brewery.
