Kris started a career in real estate to help her clients ease the relocation process -- whether moving across the country or across the river. Relocating from California to New York to London to Miami to Chicago to Seattle to Charleston has given her a desire to help others find their perfect home while enjoying the experience and building lasting relationships.
Originally from Southern California, Kris obtained her undergraduate degree in finance and ultimately a law degree. As a practicing attorney, she honed her skills in the fine art of negotiation.
Relocation and the buying and selling of real estate have since been an integral part of her life. Living in six different cities with young children, Kris has learned how to assimilate into a new locale and quickly master life's necessities. She has been involved in both educational and charitable endeavors, including PTA president, appointment as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system and countless fundraising activities.
Mount Pleasant is now home to Kris, her husband and their three boys who are in high school, middle school and elementary school. Their love for the Lowcountry grows each day as they enjoy all that it has to offer, from dining out to attending sporting events to being outdoors on the water to traveling around the South and beyond.
Kris knows the excitement and the stress of managing a move, becoming part of a community and making a new home. After all of the moves she and her family have made, she knows that an agent who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and detail oriented is crucial to success. A successful move is about much more than simply finding a house, it is about making a home.
