Patty Riley brings over 15 years of real estate expertise to the Charleston area market, helping her clients seamlessly navigate buying and selling homes. Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Patty earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from Mount Vernon College in Washington, DC, and pursued graduate studies at The University of Colorado in Boulder. She worked for seven years as a Vacation Ownership Sales Executive for Marriott Resorts Inc. and Starwood Corporations in Vail, CO, before relocating to Charleston in 2004.

Since settling in Charleston, Patty has built a reputation as a trusted REALTOR® known for her exceptional communication, organization, and personalized service. Her deep market knowledge, coupled with her ability to truly understand her clients’ buying and selling needs, ensures a smooth and rewarding experience for every transaction.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream home, Patty loves being active in the outdoors, particularly all mountain and water sports. She is also an avid tennis and pickleball player and is active in several Lowcountry leagues. She is a proud mom to Charlie and Gracie, both of whom happily call Charleston home.
