Hayley Saint grew up in a custom home builder family, learning early on how to see
homes differently, understanding why floorplans work, how finishes influence value, and
what buyers truly notice. With an MBA from the University of South Carolina with a
focus in marketing and analytics, she brings both design insight and data-driven
strategy to every transaction. Hayley has a passion for design and understands homes
with the right design can transform living and provide a solid long-term investment.
Growing up on IOP and a resident of Dunes West, she has a passion for the Charleston

experiment and create something new for friends and family. Hayley and Josh are
active members of the Dunes West community and enjoy all things local.
