Come on down, where the living is easy!

A Charleston resident for over 25 years, Patricia has been immersed in real estate since she was a child. Her father was the National President of the Society of Industrial Realtors and was the President of Lehman Associates, the family's commercial real estate firm based in the New York/New Jersey area.

Before entering the real estate market, Patricia represented the work of world-renowned watercolorist, Ray Ellis. Patricia traveled domestically and abroad promoting Mr. Ellis' work, not only to private collectors but also to corporate entities, particularly national tournaments - the US Open at Baltusrol in New Jersey, is just one example. This affiliation with the US Open led to the partnership with both Ray Ellis and famed British commentator Ben Wright to launch the book The Spirit of Golf. In addition, Ray Ellis collaborated with Walter Cronkite on North By Northeast South By Southeast and West Wind which were highly acclaimed and sold-out editions. Mr. Ellis and Mr. Cronkite were both dear friends of Patricia and they both were connected to her hometown of Chatham, New Jersey.

Patricia's experience in real estate, art sales, and her vast knowledge of Charleston have proven to be a great resource for creating the life-long relationships she forges while interacting with her real estate clients. Dragon Boat Charleston, MUSC Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, Hollings Cancer Center, TriCounty Ministries, and the 9/11 Silent Walk are among the community outreach programs that Patricia dedicates her time to. She has also participated in multiple television segments, including a national commercial for the Mutual of Omaha's Aha Moments campaign representing Dragon Boat Charleston and an infomercial with Governor Chris Christie for breast cancer. Patricia has also appeared as a keynote speaker for the American Cancer Society's "Relay For Life" 5K event in front of 8,000 participants, and in an infomercial for the Charleston River Dogs, amongst others.

Patricia's most notable transaction was the sale of Fenwick Hall Plantation, a 55-acre plantation on the Stono River that is just 15 minutes from historic Charleston. The plantation was listed for $10,500,000 and sold in less than 8 months in December 2018, this was the highest residential sale in Charleston county. Patricia has been a Top Producer since 2019, as well as closing the largest transactions at her brokerage for 2 years! She continues to be a Charleston Realtor of Distinction and a Charleston Top Producer.

Living downtown at Aquarium Wharf provides a daily reminder to Patricia of how lucky she is to be living in "The World's Best City" as recently noted by Travel & Leisure magazine. Patricia lived abroad in Venezuela where she learned to speak Spanish and continues to maintain the amistades that she made while a resident of Caracas.
