Ann Coggiola

Ann was born in Loris, South Carolina and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She is passionate about everything she does and real estate transactions ignite that determination to make a difference in every client relationship. As a former investigator, her strength as a highly skilled negotiator is an asset to the Cassina team with more than 18 years of real estate experience and recognition of distinction and respect among her peers. Ann and her late husband share many children and grandchildren and lived in many areas of Charleston from the beaches to the waterways and historic downtown and she loves her current residence on Daniel Island. She loves spending time with Davidson, her Brussels Griffon, golfing, physical fitness and volunteering for the Lowcountry Orphan Relief, Be A Mentor Program, the Charleston Leadership Foundation, and membership with the Daniel Island Exchange Club.
