Wells Grimball is a REALTOR with The Cassina Group in Charleston, SC. Born and raised in South Carolina, Wells is familiar with the landscape of his home state from the Upstate to the Lowcountry. He graduated from Christ Church Episcopal School in Greenville, SC, and after attending college, Wells worked as a manager on a Colorado guest ranch, C Lazy U in Granby, CO. In 2018, Wells became a licensed real estate agent and moved to Charleston to begin his career.

Throughout his time in real estate, Wells has worked tirelessly for his clients and brings honesty, integrity, professionalism and passion to each of his transactions. His intimate knowledge of the Lowcountry allows him to be a a wonderful resource for those relocating to or within the region. Wells, an avid outdoorsman, is thrilled to be part of such an amazing coastal community and loves living the Lowcountry life. He thoroughly enjoys fishing, hunting, surfing and playing golf and tennis in his free time. You will find him on the water most of the year--rain or shine. He currently lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Legare, and their dog, Kai.
