Shawn Garrison

Shawn Garrison is a veteran real estate agent with over twenty years of knowledge and expertise in residential real estate, mortgage loan origination, and loan servicing. A South Carolina native, Shawn grew up in the Upstate but now lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Kathryn and their chocolate lab, Charlie Brown.

Shawn has a strong background in real estate investing and renovations. During his time in mortgage servicing, he built and ran the REO department of a major mortgage servicer. His team was responsible for the sale of more than 22,000 REOs across the country.

In his spare time, you can find Shawn playing golf or out on the boat.
