PRAISE FOR HENRY
"I met Henry when I moved back to James Island and was looking for a home. We hadn’t sold our home in Virginia but Knew with the market so hot it would sell quick. Henry took the time to show us homes and present market comparison and analysis. He helped us find our dream home in a market so aggressive you barely had time to think. Henry was not just our realtor he became a friend and showed complete patience, class and professionalism." --Susan Snead
"I approached the homebuying process with a great deal of trepidation and Henry skillfully guided me through the process from beginning to end. Henry was patient, informative, persistent, reassuring, and incredibly responsive — a characteristic that has been especially key during the current seller’s market. He was a truly great advocate for me as a buyer. He's also remained in touch after all the paperwork has been signed to answer any residual questions. Henry is a great contact to have and work with. No higher recommendation can I give!" --Sara Armistead
"Henry was great to work with! The transparency was super helpful. We knew we would get an honest answer about the quality and the location of the house. Henry was not interested in making a quick sale, he wanted us to be happy with our choice. Henry handles negotiations with ease and class. We were able to get a brand new AC, which is not a cheap job. Henry made closing easy and painless. As first time home buyers, he made sure everything in line for us to close on time. Henry was wonderful to work with. He was able to answer questions at given time." --Benjamin Riley
"Henry was great to work with on the purchase of my home in Wagener Terrace! He knows the area well and is extremely responsive which is very important especially in the current state of the market. Henry was able to navigate through some unforeseen challenges with the sale and get to a successful close. I would gladly work with him again in the future." --Brad Paradise
"Henry was absolutely excellent to work with for our home search and purchase in the Charleston area. We interviewed several realtors before deciding to work with Henry. Henry has an excellent blend of technical expertise and tact that worked well for us. We have worked with many realtors over the years of moving on a regular basis and Henry is by far the most professional and competent that we have worked with. We highly recommend Henry and would use him again if the opportunity presents itself." --Ryan Knight
