Kylene was born and raised in Manchester, NH. As a child, she and her family vacationed to the lowcountry and she knew one day, she would call Charleston home. In 1998, Kylene attended the College of Charleston and graduated four years later with a degree in Business Administration. Having been bit by the real estate bug at an early age, Kylene knew real estate was an industry she wanted to pursue. She started her real estate career in 2005 working for a mulit-million dollar company as an on site agent. Selling new construction made her proficient in identifying the many variables involved in the production of a well built home. In 2009, Kylene ventured out into general brokerage and is now part of one of the top real estate teams in Charleston. Kylene loves what she does and she wouldn't change it for the world. When she helps a family find the perfect home for them to build new memories and traditions, she believes that feeling is second to none.

PRAISE FOR KYLENE
"I had sold my home in New Jersey and set my sights on Charleston, South Carolina. With two kids and the urgency to find a home fast, a friend recommended me to Kylene Sullivan. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent in New Jersey myself, I was blown away by the commitment Kylene offered me and my family. Negotiating on our behalf and helping us get what we wanted out of the purchase she was quick to communicate and provide the resources we needed to close on our home in 14 days! There’s no other Real Estate Agent I would work with, or recommend other than Kylene. Five star, all the way!"
