Phil Sykes

Born and raised in paradise, Phil Sykes has always called Charleston, South Carolina home. He attended College of Charleston for his Undergraduate Studies and The Citadel for his Graduate Studies. He began selling real estate in the 90’s and has never looked back. He really enjoys helping people find their family and vacation homes.

When he is not working, Phil enjoys Traveling, Golf, Fishing, Boating, Concerts, and the Beach. He consistently ranks among the top 5% of all Realtors in Charleston. Phil and his business partner, Jay Unger, strive to provide the best service possible for all of their clients.
