Jay Unger
Jay Unger passed away in March 2024, leaving behind his wife and two children. Jay was a remarkable REALTOR that was highly regarded by his peers and clients. Jay's real estate legacy continues with his business partner of 20+ years, Phil Sykes
Jay grew up in the Charleston area on Edisto Island. After graduating from Episcopal High School, he completed his Bachelor of Arts at Wofford College in 1996.
Jay became a full time real estate agent in 1996. He has been a recipient of the Realtor of Distinction award at both the Executive and President Circle levels. He has also been repeatedly listed in a Diamond Society, and received a Lifetime Achievement award for selling over $100 million in the Charleston area.
Jay resides with his family in Mount Pleasant, and enjoys spending time traveling and boating. He is a member of St. Michael's Church, Carolina Yacht Club, and Hobcaw Yacht Club.
