PRAISE FOR ROBERTSON

"Robertson was incredibly helpful while we were looking for a house on Sullivan's Island. It can be very stressful and frustrating buying a house from afar and Robertson always kept us apprised of the situation/negotiations during the entire process. We were completely satisfied with our relationship with The Cassina Group and we feel that Robertson is not just our realtor, but a friend." --Nick Steinsbeger

"We have purchased four properties and sold three in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant with the assistance of Robertson Allen and the team at the Cassina Group since 2008. If you smartly or luckily choose Robertson Allen you get an impressive team package. Robertson is knowledgeable, kind, intelligent and a wonderful listener....We think so much of Robertson and his credibility that we actually bought our current home in April of 2016 without even physically seeing it. He looked. He knew the house. He knows us. We just trusted him and we couldn't be happier." -- Tim & Lindsi Eisenhauer

"From the moment I spoke with Robertson on the phone I knew that he and The Cassina Group were an amazing match for us. Robertson was consistently highly motivated, knowledgeable, professional, and communicative - all qualities I required in a broker.”--Jordan Moore

"When I called Robertson Allen. at The Cassina Group to ask about the value of my home and the possibility of selling it, he could not have been more responsive and helpful. His advice on what to do to get the house ready as well as his knowledge of perspective buyers was amazing. Every buyer that looked at the house, Except for one, was brought over by the Cassina Group, who eventually sold it for a very good price in a short period of time. Since these were out of town clients, Robertson was amazing at handling all of the intricate details involved with the closing and inspection, etc. Becca, Robertson ‘s assistant, was also extremely helpful. I couldn’t have been happier with the service of The Cassina Group and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone." --Sally Rhett
