Carter has been assisting clients with their real estate interests in the Charleston area since 2003, and was a top producer in 2006 and 2010.
He grew up in Roswell, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia where he majored in Speech Communication.
Following graduation, he lived in Telluride, Colorado where he began his career in Real Estate and was a top producer for the Franz Klammar Lodge. It was in Telluride, an old mining town on the national historic register, that he became interested in historic properties.
