I have been a Realtor since 2002. My years of experience have been invaluable in navigating the changing market. Over that time, I have seen some serious market ups and downs. In today's challenging environment, I am always seeking new ways to better serve my clients. That includes finding innovative ways to market my clients' properties, keep them better informed, stay in touch with them, and generally make their lives easier.
I believe strongly in the Internet and have made some changes to find those potential clients who begin their search on the web and also to maximize the marketing of our current listings. My strategy includes a personalized website that draws lookers in with content and hooks them with great listing information on our listings and listings in the greater Charleston MLS. The property information from this site is syndicated across many of the most popular real estate sites on the web including Trulia, Google, Yahoo, Homescape, Oodle, and Propsmart to name several. I also post an HTML listing to craigslist.org that is head and shoulders above a standard listing.
In addition, years of experience and contacts have helped me build a list of Realtors and clients that I work diligently when I get a new listing in case they have any interest or have a client who might be interested. Even more than marketing, I feel that the period from contract to closing is particularly critical. I have the experience to guide our clients through inspections, financing, attorney selection, HUD closing statement review, etc. I will work particularly hard to protect my clients rights and interests.
When you put it all together, I work very hard to get great results for my clients.
